Image Matters Ltd. is a globally recognized company specializing in Customer Service, Etiquette Training and Event Management. Its establishment in Trinidad & Tobago is a result of the country’s growth in the international business arena with its increased demand for human resources with the skills essential to positively reflect the companies as well as the professionals themselves.

Based in Trinidad and
Tobago, Image Matters is global in nature. There is a high demand
for training in western etiquette in Asian and South Pacific
countries who are engaged in regular trade with western partners.
Cross- cultural understanding is yet another bridge that Image
Matters hopes to strengthen with its services.
Managing Director,
Amanda Jardine, is the principal consultant of Image Matters Ltd. and she
is personally involved in all workshops delivered. Training
experience and etiquette knowledge is also drawn from fellow
director Giselle Kuruvilla who assists with the training of large
groups and specialized training workshops such as “The Art of Fine
Dining.”
Amanda is also a lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School for Business in the ‘Event Management and Protocol Programmes’ offered at the university.

Image Matters Ltd. is
affiliated with other regional institutions and consultants in a variety of
areas. These experts may be subcontracted for more in-depth
knowledge of particular topics, to bring variation to the training
workshops, or to include additional topics beyond customer service
and etiquette to adequately meet all client needs.
In addition to etiquette and customer service training Image Matters Ltd. also handles event management ensuring that the image you would like to project via your event is the one delivered. Having undertaken the managing of events from live productions such as the live WITCO Sports Awards, coordinated many international conferences and national sports events for CONCACAF/FIFA, product launches, prize-giving functions and company parties; her protocol knowledge is certainly an asset for formal events and those involving dignitaries. Amanda Jardine enjoys the multi-tasking associated with event management; cohesively bringing all the facets together to form a finished product.
